My daughter, Erin Smith, and I are
LogaBella Design.."eclectic jewelry with a touch of class" Several years
ago Erin asked me to take a jewelry class with her. We took away the
fundamentals of the craft and an increasing fascination with the color,
texture and limitless possibilities of the materials we use. We have been
part time Adirondackers for over 35 years and were delighted when we were
welcomed into The Artworks in 2002.
We have been participants in the
Rustic Buyer Days trade show and the Schenectady Museum fashion show. Our
jewelry has found its way into boutiques around the Adirondacks, Saratoga
Springs and Albany, New York as well as being sold on eBay…From the
House on Penn Ave .
Erin is the mother of two small
children in West Bloomfield, MI. where she does mostly commissioned
sales. My profession has been that of homemaker, teacher and writer. I
have been exercising my creative side for as long as memory serves me. I
have painted with oils and watercolor, fashioned flowers from yards of
silk, taken and taught craft classes of every description and played with
interior design.
My motto…."Embrace life and do
cartwheels into the sunset."
